Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Friday:     8:00 am - 6:00 pm.Wednesday and Thursday:          9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Dental Services: During the eligibility process, their eligibility technician will review your income and place you on their sliding fee scale accordingly. Fees are accrued based on the care you receive, and so it is difficult for them to know how much your charges will be before your appointment. They can only give you estimates of costs. They ask that you pay your entire bill at the end of each visit, however they are willing to work with patients on payment plans.
